1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Impact Solution BD ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
Impact Solution BD offers offset and digital printing, event branding, packaging design, corporate gifting, and creative design services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
3. Quotes & Orders
- All quotes provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are confirmed only after receipt of a written purchase order, advance payment (as agreed), and final artwork approval.
- Any changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and extend delivery timelines.
4. Artwork & Design Files
- You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, logos, and content provided do not infringe any third‑party intellectual property rights.
- We reserve the right to refuse to print any material that we deem offensive, illegal, or inappropriate.
- Proofs must be approved in writing (email or signed hardcopy). We are not liable for errors that appear in an approved proof.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order and typically require an advance payment of 50‑70% with the balance due upon delivery.
- Overdue invoices may accrue late fees at the rate of 2% per month or the maximum allowable by law.
- All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.
6. Delivery & Turnaround
- Estimated turnaround times begin from the date of final artwork approval and receipt of advance payment.
- We make every effort to meet agreed deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, transport strikes, power outages, etc.).
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for damages caused during transit unless insurance is specifically purchased.
7. Intellectual Property
All preparatory work, plates, dies, digital files, and proofs remain the property of Impact Solution BD unless specifically agreed otherwise. Final printed products become your property upon full payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact Solution BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
9. Refunds & Reprints
- If a defect is attributable to our error, we will, at our discretion, either reprint the job or issue a credit for the affected quantity.
- No refunds will be issued once a job has been approved and printed.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to our business or other clients.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
